Most reservations land in your inbox within minutes of payment. In rare peak moments, it can take a few hours. If it's been more than 4 hours, reply to our email and we'll sort it out immediately.
Yes. Use the booking reference on the airline's "Manage my booking" page and you'll see your reservation on file. That's what makes it valid as proof of onward travel.

If we can't deliver your reservation, we issue a full refund within 5 business days. Refunds for delivered reservations are reviewed case-by-case.
