Most reservations arrive within minutes of payment. At peak times it can take a few hours. If it's been more than 4 hours, reply to our email and we'll sort it immediately — including last-minute, at-the-airport bookings.
Yes. Enter the booking reference on the airline's "Manage my booking" page and your reservation shows on file. That airline-side lookup is exactly what check-in agents and immigration officers use.
Proof of onward travel at airline check-in, immigration and border crossings, visa-free entry checks, and visa applications. It's valid for 48 hours from issue — book it a day or two before you need it so it's live when it's checked. It should not be used to board a flight.
