MyOnwardTicket offers flight reservation services specifically for visa applications and other travel-related needs. These reservations are for verification purposes only and do not grant the right to board a flight.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Eligibility : We offer refunds if reservations are not delivered within the promised timeframe of 12 hours.
  • Process : To request a refund, you must fill the refund form  at booking.my-onward-ticket.com/refund within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
  • Review : All refund requests are subject to review. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
  • Non-Refundable Circumstances : Change of mind after reservation delivery / Incorrect information provided by the user / Failure to use the reservation for its intended purpose.

5. Service Limitations

MyOnwardTicket does not guarantee visa approval. Our services are designed to support your application process, but final decisions rest with the appropriate authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the MyOnwardTicket website are owned by MyOnwardTicket and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyOnwardTicket is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with flight reservations or changes to visa requirements.
